Deposit

To secure the tour operating, a per person deposit (depending on group size) is required at the time of booking. Select the group size when booking.

This deposit confirms the departure regardless of final group size and allows us to schedule vehicles, farm access, and staffing in advance.

At the time of pickup:

1. If you have booked for a small group and more crew book a refund of the difference will be applied. e.g you book for 3 crew and then become 7 crew, a refund of the difference will be provided.
2. If you have booked for a larger group and only less actually book show up e.g booked group size of 5 crew & only 3 book/pay the deposit then additional charges for the smaller group apply. To be paid direct to driver at pick up.

Important:

Entry to Willowbank Wildlife Reserve and the Christchurch Gondola is payable directly on arrival at each location.

Crew ID must be presented to receive half-price Gondola entry.

🌞 9:15am Morning Tour

Departure: 9:15am from hotel

Return: Approx. 1:30–1:45pm

🐾 Willowbank Wildlife Reserve

Enjoy 2–2.5 hours exploring this unique wildlife sanctuary, home to:

1. New Zealand’s native Kiwi bird
2. Tuatara, kea, and other native species
3. Farm and heritage animals

Animal feed can be purchased on arrival if you wish to participate in feeding experiences.

🚡 Christchurch Gondola

Travel to the Gondola base station and ascend to the summit for panoramic views over Christchurch city, Lyttelton Harbour, and Banks Peninsula.

Both venues have café facilities should you wish to purchase food or beverages.

If weather conditions prevent Gondola operation, a suitable alternative activity will be arranged.

🌅 12:30pm Afternoon Tour

Departure: 12:30pm from hotel

Return: Approx. 5:30–6:30pm

The same experiences are included in this departure option, offering a relaxed afternoon exploring Willowbank followed by the Gondola summit experience.

Animal feed can be selected during the booking process or purchased on arrival.

If weather conditions prevent Gondola operation, an alternative option will be provided.
