Deposit

To secure the tour operating, a $299.99 per person deposit is required at the time of booking.

This deposit confirms the departure regardless of final group size and allows us to schedule vehicles, wineries access, and staffing in advance.

At the time of pickup:

1. If 4 or more crew are attending, no additional payment is required.
2. If there are 1–3 crew attending, the remaining balance for the applicable group rate is payable to driver on pickup.

Duration: Approx. 9–10 hours

🌞 8:00am Departure – Pools First

Departure: 8:00am from hotel

♨️ Hanmer Springs

1. Scenic 1.5 - 2hour drive north with two photo stops en route
2. Relax at Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa
3. Approx. 2 hours in the geothermal pools

Optional extras (purchase on arrival at pools):

1. Swimsuit hire
2. Locker rental
3. Towel hire (recommended: bring a towel from your hotel)

🍷 Waipara Wine Region

1. Depart Hanmer approx. 1:00pm
2. Travel to the Waipara Valley
3. Visit 2 wineries for tastings
4. A 3rd winery may be added pending time availability
5. Includes a shared charcuterie board

Return:

Depart approx. 5:00pm

Arrive back at hotel approx. 6:00pm

🌅 12:00pm Departure – Wineries First

Departure: 12:00pm from hotel

This option offers the same inclusions, just in reverse order:

3. Travel to Hanmer Springs for evening thermal pool relaxation

You may choose to stay for dinner in Hanmer Springs township before returning.
