Deposit
To secure the tour operating, a $129.99 per person deposit is required at the time of booking.
This deposit confirms the departure regardless of final group size and allows us to schedule vehicles, pool access, and staffing in advance.
At the time of pickup:
- If 4 or more crew are attending, no additional payment is required.
- If there are 1–3 crew attending, the remaining balance for the applicable group rate is payable to driver on pickup.
Duration: Approx. 6.5 hours
Thermal Pools Entry: $40–$43 per person, payable directly on arrival at the pools.
🌞 8:00am Morning Tour
Departure: 8:00am from hotel
Drive Time: Approx. 1.5–2 hours
Enjoy a scenic journey north to Hanmer Springs, with two photo stops along the way for alpine and countryside views.
On arrival, unwind in the geothermal pools at Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa. Choose from a variety of thermal and freshwater pools set in a beautiful alpine setting.
Lunch:
- Café available onsite, or
- Bring a packed lunch
Return Timings:
- Emirates Crew: Depart 12:00pm → Arrive hotel approx. 1:45–2:00pm
- Singapore Crew: Depart approx. 2:00pm (arrival time dependent on departure)
🌅 13:00pm / 14:00pm / 15:00pm Afternoon & Evening Tours
Departure: 1:00pm, 2:00pm or 3:00pm
(Timing can be adjusted depending on crew arrival to hotel.)
Scenic drive (approx. 1.5 hours) to Hanmer Springs with two photo stops en route.
Relax and enjoy the thermal pools into the evening:
- Winter pool closing time: 7:00pm
- Summer pool closing time: 9:00pm
After the pools, we head across the road for dinner (not included) at Monteith's Brewery Bar Hanmer Springs, offering classic New Zealand cuisine along with local beer and wine.
Return:
Depart at your leisure (no later than 9:30pm)
Arrive back at hotel approx. 10:00–11:00pm depending on departure time.
