Price: Per person (based on group size)

1. 3 or more Crew – $129.99 per person 
2. 2 Crew – $194.99 per person
3. 1 Crew – $389.99

Alpaca Farm Entry: $50 per person – payable directly at the farm on arrival (exclusive discounted crew rate when touring with CHC Crew Tours).

Deposit

To secure the tour operating, a $129.99 per person deposit is required at the time of booking.

This deposit confirms the departure regardless of final group size and allows us to schedule vehicles, farm access, and staffing in advance.

At the time of pickup:

1. If 3 or more crew are attending, no additional payment is required.
2. If there are 1–2 crew attending, the remaining balance for the applicable group rate is payable to driver on pickup.

🌄 08:15am Tour

Departs: 8:15am from hotel (8:30am Sat/Sun)

Duration: Approx. 5.5 hours

Itinerary Overview:

1. Scenic drive (approx. 2hours) to the Alpaca Farm
2. Café stop en route (food & beverages at own cost)
3. Visit to Barry's Bay Cheese for complimentary cheese tasting (included in tour price)
4. Scenic photo stops along the way
5. 11:00am – 1-hour Alpaca Farm experience (hugging, feeding & interacting with alpacas)

Return Timings:

1. Depart farm approx 12:15pm
2. Arrive hotel approx. 1:30pm-1:45pm

Important Notes:

1. Breakfast, lunch & beverages are not included.
2. Bring a warm jacket – the farm is located at altitude and can be windy.

Taking Cheese, Honey & Wine into Australia:

Most sealed products may be taken if you:

1. Keep items sealed until arrival
2. Declare all items on your Crew Declaration Card
3. Pack items in checked luggage (not cabin baggage)

🌅 10:30am & 13:30pm Tours (By Request Only - not available for EK Crew)

(Winter months) 14:15pm Tour is available only for EK Crew if the flight arrives early.

This tour has some exclusions and this is depending the on time departure from the hotel.
