By booking a tour with CHC Crew Tours, you acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for your own health and safety during the tour and all associated activities. This includes adherence to the health and safety requirements of any third-party activity operators involved in your tour.
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, CHC Crew Tours accepts no liability for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during the tour. This includes, but is not limited to:
-Injuries or accidents occurring during the tour or any associated activities.
-Bad weather, force majeure events, or any other unforeseen disruptions to the tour.
-Health issues or accidents due to the guest's own actions or choices.
You agree to participate in all activities at your own risk, and to follow the instructions provided by CHC Crew Tours and any associated operators.
To ensure the health and safety of all passengers, if a crew member becomes unwell during the tour and causes the vehicle to be soiled with bodily fluids (e.g., vomit, feces, or other excrement), a vehicle cleaning fee of $250, plus applicable credit card surcharges, will be applied. This fee covers the professional cleaning and disinfection required before the vehicle can be used for the next tour.
-This fee may be waived at the discretion of CHC Crew Tours depending on the circumstances.
-The cleaning fee is not applicable for soil and dirt from shoes or other non-bodily fluid-related mess.
Failure to pay the fee will result in notification being sent to your respective company.
CHC Crew Tours, along with any activity operators or agents, exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or injury (direct, indirect, or consequential) to guests or anyone associated with the guest in relation to the tour. All activities have inherent risks, and guests participate voluntarily and at their own risk.
The exclusions of liability also extend to:
-Any damage or injury that may occur as a result of participating in an activity.
-Any unforeseen event that may impact the operation of the tour or activities.
CHC Crew Tours or any third-party operator reserves the right to cancel or modify the activity at their discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:
-Adverse weather conditions, hazardous waterways, or road conditions.
-Insufficient participants or lack of availability.
-Guests deemed unfit to participate due to health, age, fitness level, intoxication, or other reasons.
-Any other situation beyond the reasonable control of CHC Crew Tours or the activity operator.
Guests are required to comply with all instructions given by the operator during the activity.
CHC Crew Tours makes every effort to ensure all tours are completed within the allotted time, taking into account potential layover contingencies. However, if unforeseen circumstances cause a delay, CHC Crew Tours does not accept any liability for consequences with your airline or employer.
You agree that you are participating in the tour at your own risk, and CHC Crew Tours will not be held responsible for any delays or consequences resulting from them.
